Pre-orders

 

Items marked PRE-ORDER are products that are not immediately available and will be shipped once production is complete.

Full payment is required at checkout to secure a pre-order. Estimated shipping timeframes will be displayed on the product page and are provided as a guide. While we aim to meet these estimates, delays may occasionally occur due to production or shipping circumstances.

 

 

Pricing

 

All prices are listed in GBP (£). We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice.

For international orders, customers may be responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees required by their country.

 

 

Shipping

 

Orders will be shipped using the delivery method selected at checkout. Delivery timeframes are estimates and may vary depending on location and shipping carrier.

We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping providers, customs processing, or circumstances outside our control.

 

For any orders placed from outside the uk, customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees that may apply.

 

 

 

 

Cancellation Policy

 

Customers may request to cancel an order by contacting us as soon as possible after purchase.

If the order has not yet been processed or shipped, we will do our best to cancel the order and issue a refund.

For pre-orders, cancellation requests will be handled in accordance with our Refund Policy.

Once an order has been shipped, it may no longer be possible to cancel the order.

 

 

 

 

Refund Policy

 

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

 

To be eligible for a refund:

• The item must be unused and in its original condition

• The item must be returned in its original packaging

 

Once the returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method used at checkout.

 

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

 

 

 

 

Faulty or Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with photographs and order details so we can resolve the issue.
